Brian Westley Deloach Dies After Vehicle Collision in Lexington County
The community is mourning the loss of Brian Westley Deloach, 56, who died February 13, 2026, following a serious crash on Old Orangeburg Road.
According to authorities, the collision occurred around 3:20 p.m. when Deloach, traveling westbound, crossed left of center and struck an oncoming vehicle. He was wearing a seatbelt and received immediate medical attention but was later pronounced dead at a nearby hospital. The other driver sustained minor injuries.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol and the Lexington County Coroner’s Office are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash.
