Kaley Loren DeMasters, Abilene, TX Cause of Death, Obituary: Cherished Community Member Passes Away
It is with profound sadness that the community mourns the passing of Kaley Loren DeMasters, 36, of Abilene, Texas, who tragically died on February 11, 2026. Her untimely death has left family, friends, and the wider community deeply grieving.
Kaley was widely known for her warm heart, vibrant spirit, and unwavering kindness. She had a unique ability to connect with people, offering support and compassion to anyone in need. Her generosity and selflessness touched the lives of countless individuals, and her presence brought comfort and joy to all who knew her.
Born and raised in Abilene, Kaley was deeply rooted in her community. She was a loving daughter, sister, and friend, and her dedication to helping others earned her the admiration and respect of many. Kaley tragically lost her life in a crash on Highway 36 near FM 603. She was pronounced dead at the scene. Her passing also claimed the life of an 11-year-old student from Eula ISD, while authorities continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the accident.
Arrangements for Kaley’s memorial service are pending and will be announced by Girdner Funeral Home in Abilene.
