Delaware State Police Identify Victim in Millsboro Fatal Crash
The Delaware State Police have identified 60-year-old Vincent Spinelli of Millsboro as the man who died in a single-vehicle crash Wednesday evening.
The agency’s Collision Reconstruction Unit is continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash. Authorities are asking anyone who witnessed the incident or has relevant information to contact Sergeant A. Mitchell at (302) 703-3269. Tips can also be submitted through Delaware Crime Stoppers at 1-800-847-3333 or by private message to Delaware State Police on social media.
Officials also noted that the Delaware State Police Victim Services Unit and the Delaware Victim Center are offering 24-hour support and resources for those impacted by the tragedy. The investigation remains active as authorities work to determine what led to the fatal crash in Millsboro.
