Kenneth Mims Identified as Victim in Deadly Shooting at Breezy Hill Park

A man has died following a shooting at Breezy Hill Park in Terrell, Texas, authorities confirmed.

According to the Terrell Police Department, officers were called to the 300 block of New Hope Street around 9:48 p.m. Sunday after receiving reports of gunfire. Officials have identified him as 42-year-old Kenneth W. Mims of Dallas.

When officers arrived, they found an adult male suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.

The victim was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment, but later died from his injuries.

At this time, police have not identified any suspects, and no arrests have been made.

Detectives are continuing to investigate the case and are working to determine what led to the shooting.
