William Nelson Identified as Victim in Fatal St. Louis Shooting
A man has been identified following a fatal shooting in St. Louis.
Police responded to the area of North 10th Street and Cass Avenue around 6:40 p.m. after reports of gunfire.
When officers arrived, they found an adult male suffering from a gunshot wound, reportedly to the head. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Authorities have now officially identified the victim as William Nelson.
Homicide detectives are actively investigating the case, but no information has been released about a suspect or what may have led to the shooting.
